Draft, last updated 16 August 2026. This describes how the service actually works today, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be replaced before the service is offered publicly.
What is stored
The export files you upload, the rows read out of them, and the results derived from those rows. With an account: your email address, and whatever you enter yourself — suppliers, prices, contacts, notes, placements and orders.
Analyses without an account
The analyzer works with no account. That analysis is tied to a cookie in your browser and is deleted automatically 24 hours later — the rows, the results and the uploaded file itself. A scheduled job does the deleting; it is not a flag that hides the data.
Who can read it
Your workspace only. Every stored row belongs to one workspace and every query is restricted to it. There is no shared or pooled database of sites, prices or contacts, and no customer’s data is used to improve another’s results.
What is never done with it
Your files are not sent to any third-party SEO service. There is no Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic or DataForSEO call anywhere in this product — not to enrich your data and not for any other purpose.
Uploaded file contents and full email addresses are never written to server logs.
Reading a publisher’s website
When you ask it to find contact details, the service fetches a small number of pages from that public website, the same as a browser would. It reads only what those pages already show to any visitor.
Deleting your data
Ask, and your workspace and everything in it is deleted. Analyses you started without an account need no request — they expire on their own.
