Refund policy

Draft, last updated 16 August 2026. This describes how the service actually works today, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be replaced before the service is offered publicly.

Try it before you pay

The analyzer is free and needs no account, so you can see the quality of the output on your own files before any money changes hands. Most refund requests exist because someone paid to find out what they were buying; here you do not have to.

Within seven days

If you paid for a plan and it is not what you expected, ask within seven days of the payment and it is refunded in full. No explanation is required, though one is useful.

After that

A period already served is not refunded. If the service is unusable for a stretch through our fault, that time is credited or refunded — say so and it will be sorted out.

How a refund reaches you

By the same route the payment arrived — the same PayPal account, or the same bank account. Payments here are handled by a person rather than a checkout, so a refund is a message and a transfer rather than a button.

What this does not cover

This policy is about your subscription to this service. It has nothing to do with money you pay a publisher or a supplier for a placement — those are your own arrangements, and a guarantee on a link is between you and whoever sold it.
